VARIATOR (VAR Series)

With great reliability developed over 45 years of service, the VAR series motovariator is a valid alternative to electronic drives  and is easy to use and maintain.

The S type in cast iron includes a wide range of models with flange, feet, or in compact version and is available in seven sizes from 003 to 100, with input shaft or in motorized version. The SD version with differential can also be used in applications with speeds close to 0.

The low-cost, light weight TXF versions in aluminium are available in sizes 002, 005 and 010.

TXF Series

• Cases in die-cast aluminium alloy
• Shafts : case hardened and tempered 20MnCr5 steel (UNI8550)
• Internal components: 100Cr6 heat-treated steel
• Output speed at 4 pole : 170-1000 RPM
• Output speed at 2 pole : 340-2000 RPM
• Output speed at 6 pole : 109-643 RPM
• Maximum torque value 12 N.m.
• Silent, vibration-free running
• High efficiency
• Bidirectional rotation
• Control hand-wheel positionable on either side
• Slipping speed to max load at 5%
• Regulation sensibility : 0.5 RPM
• Painted with RAL 5010 blue epoxy-polyester powder in according to DIN 1843

S Series

• Output speed at 4 pole 190-1000 RPM or 0-1000 RPM with differential
• Output speed at 2 pole 380-2000 RPM or 0-2000 RPM with differential
• Output speed at 6 pole 122-660 RPM or 0-660 RPM with differential
• Maximum torque value 144 N.m.
